Here’s a little peek at my dinner…
A rich in protein, healthy fats (yes, there are good for you fats!), and super delicious and nutritious meal! Salmon and eggs are rich in omega 3 fatty acids! πEating healthy will boost your energy and health, and make you look and feel much healthier. I think it’s a win win all around! π Don’t you?
