Did some more canning! Sugar free Peaches! πŸ‘

Hey y’all, Did some more water bath canning yesterday! 

And pickled some onions. 

I found about 20 medium peaches πŸ‘ for 3 dollars, marked down at our grocery store and went to canning. 

It made 3 quart jars. These are sugar free, sweetened with stevia and erythritol. 

They can be used for a peach cobbler or a delicious topping over ice cream. I think that we will have it over some sugar free vanilla ice cream. πŸ˜‹

I’m new to canning, so I didn’t can a lot at one time. 

I’m still learning. 😊




Here are the pickled purple Pickled onions…πŸ§… super easy! Just onions, water, red wine vinegar, whole peppercorns, and salt.
