Prove that you love Jesus! ❤️
Good morning! ☀️
Here in the passage below, we see where Peter made a verbal confession that he LOVED JESUS, and then we see where Jesus was telling him to carry this out in his actions. ❤️
Jesus said, “Feed my sheep.”
“So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.
16 He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.
17 He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.” John 21:15-17
Jesus not only wants us to verbally say, “I love you, Jesus,” but to also carry this out in our every day life. To love Him in deed and in truth.

“My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.” 1John 3:18
To say that you love Jesus, and your life doesn’t show it- is like a spouse telling his or her spouse, I LOVE YOU, while ignoring their spouse, cheating on them with other lovers, etc. etc.
“I LOVE YOU” suddenly becomes empty and vain words.
If you love Jesus, dear Christian, PROVE it in your ACTIONS. ❤️✝️πππ»
Actions speak louder than words. π©΅
