Spring Dandelion vinegar / the nutrition of wild dandelions

 Here is the jar of dandelion vinegar I made using organic apple cider vinegar and dandelion flowers. This will be placed in a dark, cool, dry place for about a month until it can be used. A nutrition, power packed vinegar! 

I saw our whole lawn full of dandelions and thought to look up ways I can harvest them. It turns out dandelions are packed with nutrition and every part of a dandelion is eatable! 

Dandelion leaves are great for digestion and can be mixed in a salad for ultimate nutrition. 

The dandelion flower is great for your liver, and can aid in doing a liver cleanse. 

I really want to try making dandelion soap this Spring, Lord willing. We will see what happens. ☺️
